How many sessions will I need?
Most clients begin with a series of 6+ sessions to build strength and definition, with maintenance sessions to keep muscles toned over time. Typically done 2–3 times per week over a 2–4 week period. This jump-starts muscle activation and strength so you can see and feel noticeable improvement quickly.
Is there maintenance?
Yes, just like any workout routine, consistency matters. Once you complete your initial series, we recommend 1–2 maintenance sessions per month to keep muscles strong, firm, and defined. Think of CoolTone® as your “muscle membership” — your results improve and last as long as you continue to activate and work the muscles.
Why do I need more than one treatment?
CoolTone® builds muscle over time, each session trains and challenges the muscle fibers, similar to strength training at the gym. Repetition leads to increased strength, tone, and definition. In terms of refunds, your purchase is fully refundable as long as you request your refund by Dec. 31, 2026. After that date, purchases will no longer be refundable.
How long do I have to schedule my treatment(s)?
