Once I put down my Morpheus8 deposit, what do I do next?
First, pop some champagne and brag to all your friends that you're getting Morpheus8! Then, give us a call to schedule your treatment - it’s that simple.
We will place your deposit on your Bodify account, there is no need to bring in with you.
How long do I have to schedule my treatment?
There is no limit to how far out you can schedule your treatment, but we do recommend you schedule it as soon as possible so that you can see your transformation results sooner rather than later!
Is my purchase transferable and is it refundable?
We love this question and are happy to report that your purchase is 100% transferable meaning you are welcome to buy treatments for your friends, family, and anyone else you want. As long as they are a candidate for Morpheus8 or CoolSculpting, we are happy to treat them!
In terms of being refundable, your purchase is completely refundable as long as you request your refund within 6 months and have not used the deposit for product. After that date, your purchase will no longer be refundable.
